    Hi Sara and Rob,

    I justed wanted to say thanks about the yoga advice, since I just joined a gym this afternoon. I'm still a bit scared about going to a gym by myself, but after listening about the yoga class, I just wanted to say thanks! It just made me feel better about going.

    You guys have inspired me to get back to my yoga. I did it for years and then sprained my ankle and fell out of it. I really miss it and you can't bet that calm rested feeling afterwards. I even once fell asleep at the end of class lying on the floor full of strangers!
